1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of THE GRAPHIC BRO's website, free tools (including the QR code generator) and design services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Use of the Website & Free Tools
The QR code generator and other free tools are provided "as is" for personal and commercial use. You are responsible for the content you encode and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to distribute malware or spam.
3. Design Services & Requests
When you submit a project request, we will respond with scope, timeline, and pricing. A binding engagement begins only after both parties confirm the scope and any required deposit is received. Revisions, deliverables, and turnaround times are defined per project.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, copy and code are owned by THE GRAPHIC BRO unless otherwise stated. Final design deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party fonts, stock assets, or licensed materials which remain governed by their original licenses.
5. Payments & Refunds
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Final invoices are due before delivery of source files unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE GRAPHIC BRO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites (e.g., Mak Pro Design). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to other users or our business.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
